Liz Ford is a creative all-rounder with over 25+ years of experience working in leading advertising agencies across Sydney. With a background as both an art director and designer, she thrives on the creative challenge of generating fresh, exciting ideas. Liz holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications and completed AWARD School in 2003.
Her love for art began in early childhood—well before design became her profession. “I’ve had a passion for art since I was tiny, long before I graduated from finger painting. As a child growing up in the UK and travelling across Europe, my parents took me through countless art galleries. I can still vividly remember the paintings and sculptures that filled me with wonder.”
That early fascination naturally evolved into a career. During her design degree, Liz focused on photography, printmaking, illustration, art history, and graphic design. She brings a sharp eye for visual detail, and a love of working with fashion, colour, imagery, textures, and type.
Outside of work, Liz is inspired by the joyful and beautiful things in life. She’s happiest spending time with her daughter, family and friends—and finds delight in a long list of simple pleasures: peony roses, champagne, fairy lights, party dresses, paddling in the sea, and anything pink. She finds magic in the little details, and that spark shines through in every project she touches.
